Vehicle Handling & Steer Maneuver Simulation

Developed 2-DOF and 3-DOF dynamic models in MATLAB to simulate step steer, transient steer, and sine input maneuvers for lateral response analysis.

Overview

This project focuses on the lateral response of a vehicle to steering inputs, using 2-DOF and 3-DOF dynamic models developed in MATLAB.

My contribution

I developed handling simulations for step steer, transient steer, and sine input maneuvers. The work connects mathematical vehicle models with the analysis of steering response.

Engineering focus

The emphasis is on describing vehicle behavior through reduced-order models and examining responses to different steering maneuvers.
